Values
From the yogic tradition, the Yamas offer me a spiritual and ethical foundation that aligns with conscious leadership:
Ahimsa – Non-violence: Cultivating psychological safety and compassion in every interaction
Satya – Truthfulness: Speaking with clarity and transparency, aligned with inner and outer truth
Asteya – Non-stealing: Respecting time, attention, and intellectual/emotional labour
Brahmacharya – Moderation: Balancing energy and presence, avoiding burnout or domination
Aparigraha – Non-attachment: Letting go of control, agendas, and ego-driven outcomes
These principles guide how I aspire to show up in life - like all of us, imperfectly, but with sincere intention and continuous growth.
