The Engagement Process

Every coaching engagement is unique and tailored to your goals, your context, and your way of being.

This is a collaborative, flexible process designed to support deep transformation, aligned action, and measurable progress.

You are, and will always be, the most powerful agent of change in your own process.

1. Initial Conversation

We begin by exploring your goals, current challenges, and the kind of support you’re truly looking for. This is also your space to assess whether I’m the right coach for you. If there’s alignment, we move forward. If not, I’ll offer suggestions or recommend trusted alternatives.

2. Agreement & Logistics

We’ll agree on session cadence, format, and duration to suit your schedule and rhythm. Most sessions take place over Zoom, but I do travel for select clients—particularly for team-based engagements.

3. Client-Driven Coaching

You will bring what's most alive for you to every session. We'll respectfully work with that, drawing from a broad toolkit, always grounded in conscious leadership principles, systemic awareness, and 'clean' approaches. We’ll regularly recalibrate progress. Often, deep change comes quickly: when it does, we adapt, reprioritise, and follow what’s most alive and relevant to you.

4. Close Out & Ongoing Support

At the end of our engagement, we’ll take time to reflect, consolidate insights, and identify next steps. I’ll offer tailored resources to support your continued development.

5. Optional: Extend to Your Team

You may choose to extend coaching to your team. We will treat this as a separate engagement. Team and organisational work is normally delivered via by the workshops and interventions in my Coherent Field Leadership and Coherent Field Culture frameworks.

For clients on the Bespoke 6- or 12-month Leadership Partnership, I also provide WhatsApp support between sessions, to maintain momentum and respond to what’s arising in real time.
