Structure & Investment
Given the extended commitment on both sides, we'll take time to explore fit and define clear outcomes before we begin.
Engagements can be structured as fixed packages or flexible retainers, offering ongoing support, advisory access, and tailored interventions beyond scheduled sessions.
Retainers typically start from £5,000+VAT per month. A detailed proposal follows our initial conversations.
