At some stage, most of us realise that who we are, deep in our core, travels with us — shaping every decision we make, have made, and will make.

We realise that lasting external change can only come from inner work. Work that honours both where you are now and your highest aspirations. Work that can be as deep as you choose.

This work assumes a degree of life experience. I generally partner with founders, visionaries, leaders, and creatives approaching or in mid-life — those asking deeper questions about their second life. In a confidential, trauma-informed partnership, we’ll explore your patterns, strengths, and blocks within the larger context of your life’s arc. With a background spanning executive leadership, corporate culture, creativity, coaching, therapy, and deep personal and spiritual enquiry, you’ll be supported at every step.

The partnership

This is a six-month container and a shared commitment — much more than coaching sessions. Nine or more 90-minute conversations form the spine. Between them, you have ongoing access to me, because the moments this work exists for rarely schedule themselves. Midway, we take a day together to go deeper than ninety minutes allows — in a place we’ll choose together, one that holds meaning in your life’s arc. Psychometric and HRV work are woven in if and when they serve. We close with an integration session, consolidating what has changed.

I hold a small number of these partnerships at any one time. Not every conversation leads to one.

Partnerships begin with a conversation, not a contract. If the work is right and the timing is right, we’ll both know.

Each year I hold a small number of means-based places for those for whom this investment isn’t possible. If that’s you, say so when you write — it changes nothing about the work.
